- Summary
- To commemorate the 20th anniversary of the museum’s opening, we are publishing Nagasaki Prefectural Art Museum Highlights, featuring selected works from our collection. In this exhibition we present carefully selected works from the approximately 150 works in our collection featured in the publication, displayed throughout all of the permanent exhibition galleries. We invite you to take your time and experience the essence of the Nagasaki Prefectural Art Museum collection, which now totals approximately 8,900 works (as of the end of March 2024), through this exhibition, which includes not only cornerstones of the collection by such artists as Picasso, Miró, and Dalí, but also recent acquisitions.
